Papers accepted for oral presentation will be given 25 minutes presentation time and 5 minutes questions and answers. Authors of papers accepted for poster presentation will be given 5 minutes presentation time during special sessions organized to this end. Intending authors are invited to submit an abstract (in MS word format) on topics within the scope of the conference in not more than 1 page of A4 size paper. The abstract should indicate the topic and sub-topic under which it is being submitted (e.g. A-(1), C-(3) etc.,) and include a maximum of 5 key words. The abstract should clearly indicate the purpose of the work, approach and significant results. Abstract must be prepared on single side, single column, (all margins should be set at 2.5 cm.), single space type written form and must include the following information:
Only contributions complying with the above specifications will be considered for review. Authors are invited to use the template provided below to format their abstracts. The authors will be required to submit a full paper once the abstract is accepted. Final acceptance of the full paper will be subject to confirmation of registration payment of the author presenter of the paper at the congress . Any author who does not meet all announced deadlines and requirements will not be allowed to present the paper at the conference. In this case, the corresponding paper will not be included in the conference proceedings. |
