Authors notified of the acceptance of their abstract(s) for presentation at the conference are required to submit the full paper of their manuscript(s) for publication in the proceedings within the deadline for complete manuscript submission of 20 April 2009.

Authors are required to write the A4 size full-text manuscript (no longer than 6 camera-ready pages) using format of the template provided below. The full paper is to be submitted online through the conference website only. Two copies of the paper must be submitted, one in word doc. and one in pdf.

The authors of paper accepted for poster or oral presentation are requested to follow the guideline and template given in the files below:

Final acceptance of the full paper will be subject to confirmation of registration payment of the author presenter of the paper at the congress.
